Arsenal to Sign Atletico Madrid Forward Diego Costa

Gunners are reportedly plotting a January move for 25 year old striker Diego Costa from Atletico Madrid, reports Goal.com.

According to the reports, Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger’s side are willing to spend big money (set at around £30m) to bolster attacking option for the coming season in order to claim the premier league title, as they are currently sits on the top position in premier league.

Arsenal scouts will travel to Spain this week to watch the Brazilian in action ahead of a January transfer window, next month.

The former Real Valladolid man has been in excellent form in this season, scoring 17 goals in 16 La Liga games. He is considered as suitable candidate for Wenger’s front-line that could make some good output with the Frenchman Olivier Giroud.
