Arsenal are reportedly interested in signing Chelsea wonderkid Dominic Solanke, according to The Sun.
The 18-year-old has demanded £50,000-a-week to remain with the Blues and wants assurances that he will be given opportunities in the first team next season.
He was handed a debut in the Champions League last season, Now, the teenager’s contract is set to expire in 2017, and negotiations talks have stalled over a new deal at Stamford Bridge.
The Gunners’ interest in Solanke could force Chelsea’s to accept his offer, knowing he could leave and join the bitter rivals on a free transfer.
However, Arsenal are not willing to accept his huge wage demands but they are willing to offer him permanent role in the first team.
Solanke has scored 31 goals in 33 youth games for Chelsea last season.
