Chelsea are planning to let Eden Hazard leave Stamford Bridge next summer, providing that they would receive a whooping bid of £84m for the Belgian attacker.
The 24-year-old joined the Blues from Lille in 2012, has been in sensational form in each of his first three seasons with the west London club, scoring 49 goals in all competition.
However, the midfielder has not scored a single goal in this season, leading to suggestions that the former Lille player is unsettled at London.
According to Fichajes.net, La Liga giants Real Madrid have been heavily linked with a move for the Belgian and the Premier League champions would be prepared to sell him if their asking price is met which is £84m.
It is understood that Los Blancos interest could depend on the future of their star striker Cristiano Ronaldo, who could make a move away to Paris Saint Germain this season.
