The Austria international and Former Middlesbrough defender Emanuel Pogatetz has signed Wolfsburg for an undisclosed fee.
Wolfsburg boss Felix Magath said, “Emanuel Pogatetz is a robust player and a no-nonsense tackler. He has a lot of experience, especially in Europe, and he will strengthen our defence. I am pleased to welcome him into our squad for next season.”
In the last season of Bundesliga, Pogatetz played 29 times for the Reds, overall 57 appearances since arriving from Middlesbrough in 2010.
