The two Premier League heavyweights Arsenal and Manchester United have reportedly stepped up their interest in signing Leicester City winger Riyad Mahrez when the January transfer window opens next month.
The Algerian midfielder has been one of the league’s standout performers to help the Foxes reach at top the table, scoring 13 sensational goals in 16 appearances.

Leicester duo Riyad Mahrez and Jamie Vardy both have been heavily linked with a move away from the King Power Stadium. However manager Claudio Ranieri has ruled out the possibility of selling his world class assets.
Man United boss Louis van Gaal is keen on the attacking reinforcements to Old Trafford, with Wayne Rooney and Anthony Martial both struggling in front of goal this term.
Meanwhile Arsenal and Tottenham both are also said to be interested in the 24-year-old’s signature, who joined the Foxes from Le Havre last year.
