Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly keeping a close eye on a move for Leicester City midfielder Danny Drinkwater, as the player has yet to commit his future to the English champions, according to The Sun.
The 26-year-old midfielder, who was part of the Foxes’ Premier League title victory, is yet to sign a new deal at King Power Stadium.
Claudio Ranieri’s side have recently negotiated talks with Drinkwater over a new contract and Spurs, along with other clubs, are monitoring situation with a view to a £20 million bid.
The England international was instrumental in helping the club win the league title last season and may follow N’Golo Kante away from the club if discussions do not progress quickly.
Drinkwater has scored two goals in 35 Premier League appearances for the Foxes last season.
