LFC: Leiva sends message to injured duo Danny Ings and Joe Gomez

Liverpool midfielder Lucas Leiva took to social networking site Instagram and to wish his teammates Joe Gomez and Danny Ings for a speedy recovery.

The Reds duo Danny Ings and Joe Gomez are both set to miss the remainder of the season due to knee injuries.

The 18-year-old defender Gomez picked up an anterior cruciate ligament injury during an England’s Under-21 game, while the former Burnley striker Ings suffered a similar problem during training session with the Merseyside outfit.

The Brazilian midfielder Lucas hopes that the pair recover soon and has posted following message on an Instagram:

It is been a hard days for these two. I have been trough this and I know how you feel but I am sure you guys will be back stronger . You have all the years ahead of you. Keep strong my friend @joegomez5 and @ingstagram10 . YNWA

Liverpool are currently finding themselves at 10th in the Premier League table, 12 points from eight games.

Liverpool will travel to North London for a Premier League action against Tottenham Hotspur at White Hart Lane on Saturday afternoon.
