Liverpool to sign Radamel Falcao on loan?

Liverpool are reportedly plotting a move to secure Radamel Falcao’s services on loan from AS Monaco next season, according to The Metro.

The Colombian international has struggled to make an impact at the Old Trafford since he joined the Red Devils on loan from the French outfit AS Monaco on deadline day, scoring only four goals in 20 appearances for United this season.

The report claims that the Reds manager Brendan Rodgers is keen to bring attacking options in order to replace Mario Balotelli, who failed to perform this season and the 29-year-old Colombian has emerged as a possible summer target.

However, The Merseysiders will have to face a tough competition from Serie A clubs Juventus, Inter Milan and AC Milan for the striker’s signature.

Earlier it has been reported that Real Madrid are lining up a move to sign Falcao by offering him a £32m deal.
