Manchester United plot ambitious €100m move Federico Valverde
Manchester United are ready to go all out this summer in their pursuit of Real Madrid powerhouse Federico Valverde — with a jaw-dropping €100 million bid reportedly on the table.
According to Fichajes, the Red Devils are eyeing the Uruguayan midfield dynamo as a cornerstone of their upcoming rebuild under the expected new era led by Ruben Amorim. Following a disappointing campaign, United are desperate to add energy, versatility, and leadership to their midfield — and Valverde ticks all the boxes.

Since arriving at the Bernabéu from Penarol in 2016, Valverde has grown into one of Carlo Ancelotti’s most trusted players. The 26-year-old isn’t just a midfield engine — he’s a tactical chameleon, capable of playing wide or central, offering pace, power, and relentless work rate.
With Casemiro and Christian Eriksen expected to move on, United see Valverde as the perfect fit to anchor and elevate their midfield. However, prising him away from Madrid won’t be easy. Valverde is under contract until 2029, and Los Blancos have no plans to let one of their most prized assets leave.
United’s intent is serious — but is €100 million enough to tempt Real Madrid into talks? That remains the million-euro question.
