Aghehowa has experienced a remarkable career trajectory since swapping Atletico Madrid for Porto in 2024. The young forward already caught attention during a successful loan spell at Deportivo Alaves in 2023/24, before crowning that breakthrough season with an Olympic gold medal at the Paris 2024 Games.

His numbers at Porto have been nothing short of exceptional. The Spaniard has netted an impressive 35 goals and registered 3 assists in just 54 appearances across all competitions, including 8 goals this campaign, establishing himself as one of Europe’s most lethal young strikers.

The Transfer Details

TBR Football reports that Tottenham’s newly reinstated sporting director Fabio Paratici is particularly keen on Aghehowa, having added the three-cap Spain international to his shortlist of striking reinforcements for manager Thomas Frank’s squad.
