Manchester United is said to be looking at the possibility of bringing Benfica’s Cher Ndour to Old Trafford.
The 18-year-old represented Brescia and Atalanta BC before making the move to Benfica in the summer of 2020.
The teenager is yet to make his first-team debut for the Portuguese giants, but he has made 40 appearances for their B side, contributing four goals and one assist in the process.
The speculation surrounding Ndour’s future ‘has gathered pace, as his contract is due to expire next June.
According to Tutto Salernitana, the Red Devils are keeping a close eye on the Italian’s development ahead of a potential move in 2023.
The report adds that Ndour could be available fur a cut-price fee next month, as Benfica run the risk of losing him on a free transfer in the summer.
