Liverpool are reportedly keeping tabs on Bournemouth forward Rayan, according to TEAMtalk, as the Reds look to strengthen their attacking options for next season.

The Cherries snapped up the Brazilian from Vasco da Gama last winter after Antoine Semenyo’s switch to Manchester City left a gap on the flank. Rayan wasted little time settling into English football’s physical demands, playing a key role as Bournemouth secured sixth spot and Europa League qualification.

Across 15 Premier League outings last term, the 20-year-old contributed five goals and two assists, cementing his place as a regular starter on the right wing at the Vitality Stadium.

His impressive form earned Rayan a spot in Brazil’s World Cup squad, and he found himself thrust into the starting line-up under Carlo Ancelotti following Raphinha’s injury lay-off.

Despite fending off suitors this summer, TEAMtalk suggest Bournemouth may struggle to keep their prized asset beyond next season. Rayan’s contract, running until 2031, contains a £130million release clause that becomes active next summer — a figure well within Liverpool’s spending power.

Alongside Rayan, teammates Alex Scott, Eli Junior Kroupi and Adrien Truffert are also said to be drawing interest from top-flight clubs.

Standing at 6ft 1in, the left-footed right-winger brings pace, physicality, aerial presence and composed finishing to his game.
